Polyester embroidery thread is made of polyester filament yarns, which is a kind of hydrophobic fiber (the average moisture regain rate is only 0.4%), so the quality is relatively stable and not susceptible to weather. The thread is dyed with disperse dyes on 125-135°C degree, has superior luster, durability and smooth operation at the highest speeds.
Good color fastness of the thread makes it resistant to the various chemical and physical agents the thread is exposed to during manufacturing and during its useful life. This ensures no bleeding of the color into the garment.
